Returns

To start the return process contact us here from the website via email.

 If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return. 

All Exchanges will be circumstantial.

If your item is sent to you damaged or defective send us an email and we will either refund, or replace your item within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Damages

Normal use damages to brass hardware on our canvas goods are covered by our Hardware Guarantee. Simply  discontinue use of the product, Contact Us with information about the damage, ship it to us and we will fix or replace the piece of hardware that is damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If your canvas is damaged due to hard use, negligent care, excessive force (such as over stuffing), puncture, or by accident, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement.  If you've damaged one of our goods negligently and need a little advice on how to fix it send us an email and we will gladly help you through the process.

If one of our products fails due to a clear manufacturing defect without any of the above mentioned being the cause we will either refund or replace your item. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 


If the item is in the same condition it was originally sent to you in , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  

Fair Warning:  Refund Processing times can take up to 10 days to be credited to your account

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, unfortunately refunds will not be given. I'm sure they meant well :) Exchanges will be circumstantial.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
